C2C releases upgrade of Archive One, enhancing policy-based management and compliance Print E-mail

C2C released an upgrade of its Archive One for Exchange that incorporates enhancements to policy-based management and compliance. The latest version of its email management platform, includes improvements and new features for message search and electronic discovery (eDiscovery) on Exchange servers, and simplifies meeting regulatory requirements.

New features include uncoupled PST management, Unicode character set support, enhanced archive scheduling, greater management and data integrity control, Windows Server 2008 support, and Exchange Server 2007 Service Pack 1 support.

According to Laura DuBois, program director for IDC's Storage Software practice, “Strategic, cradle-to-grave email archiving isn’t a static solution, but an expanding category that today includes compliance, internal governance policies, access controls, e-discovery and storage capacity management. Archive One is a well thought-out product that continues to develop new strengths and deliver features that are becoming mission-critical.”
