ROBOBAK to demo new data protection software at MSPAlliance summit in Boston Print E-mail
Tuesday, 13 May 2008

ROBOBAK, a provider of data protection solution software designed for remote and branch offices, will demonstrate its recently introduced Version 8 data protection platform at the upcoming MSPAlliance summit for managed service providers (MSPs), to be held next week in Boston.

For maximum data protection, ROBOBAK's Version 8 includes numerous features that benefit MSPs, such as

  • Web-based centralized administration
  • Agentless continuous data protection (CDP) allowing administrators to easily schedule repeated backup operations without the need to install software agents on each protected machine
  • Auto-deployment, which automatically senses computers added to the network and adds them to scheduled data backups without requiring additional action from remote administrators.

"ROBOBAK's focus on enabling data protection across multiple sites makes it an ideal partner for Alliance members, for whom remote management is an absolute must," said Charles Weaver, MSPAlliance president. "At a time when many vendors profess their allegiance to their MSP partners, only to yank deals away from them with astonishing regularity, ROBOBAK's commitment to its partners is refreshing in its honesty. Combined with the powerful performance of the ROBOBAK data protection platform software, we're pleased to work with them."
